A brand new haunt for 2016 from the creators of the former Abyss - lots of publicity for this one, which always makes us a bit wary, but we're happy to say that it was enjoyable and had enough variety to keep us entertained, not to mention a bit creeped out in a couple of rooms.
Good set design. A variety of rooms from a dentist's office to kids' bedrooms, to a native temple, to a toxic waste area. Some good actors, including two girls in a room with a giant video on the wall who wore blank-faced masks and slowly crawled towards us, to a room where a mad scientist threatened to feed us to his "pet" Victor, to a creepy room filled with mannequins covered in cloth and lace with a hidden live actor.
No "in your face" screaming, which was good. A decent amount of actors, but could have used a few more. Was good, but a bit short - 12 minutes maximum for $20 admission fee. However, for a first year haunt it was better than expected. Enjoyable!
