Here's another brand new yard display for the Tourers, and one we're happy to say was a pleasant surprise, especially when we took a closer look at it.
The name of the haunt implies a circus themed display, and when we pulled up in front of the display that is primarily what we found - several circus themed setups in the front yard, including a skeletal creature on a wire hoop, a small demon child in a cage, and some clown-related items. Overall, it didn't actually look like too much from the road, but we went and took a look anyway.
Ironically, the bets items in this yard display were on the porch, and none of them had anything to do with the circus. As we explored, we found a large figure of a skeletal Phantom of the Opera playing an organ, complete with glowing candelabra on the organ and a large, mobile, red-eyed spider climbing up and down on the walls behind him. The front door had a Medusa-head on a pedestal in front of it, which had red glowing eyes and moving snakes in her hair, and that wasn't all.
All along the front porch was a long banquet table filled with various human entrails and other disgusting items for "dinner", and in the front windows was a fully lit miniature Halloween town, composed of lots of little houses and other items. It was like a Christmas village only for haunt enthusiasts, just like us!
Overall, the quality of this display is not easily seen from the road, and one might quickly drive past without taking the time to take a closer look. We almost did ourselves, but we're glad we took the extra time and we'll be looking forward to seeing what's new for 2015!
